Scientists across Europe, including the UK, routinely find traces of PFAS in people's blood, which have been linked to health concerns including some cancers¹ and reduced fertility².

With public awareness of the health risks rising, countries are starting to ban forever chemicals from consumer products.

But while the UK government has pledged to "reduce and minimise the harmful effects of PFAS"³, it has failed to commit to a full ban.

We can't let the government gamble with our health. We need:

1. A ban on PFAS that covers the full lifecycle and does not just move pollution somewhere else.

2. Strict legal limits for forever chemicals in our drinking water.

3. A plan to protect people from the harms of PFAS already present in the environment.
